IMPORTANT PARKING & FACILITY REMINDERS
As we prepare for the event, please keep the following updates in mind for Thursday:
Thursday Morning: Gymnasium Parking
The parking spaces directly in front of the gymnasium will be coned off beginning Thursday morning as our team prepares for the event. Please plan to use other available parking spaces throughout the facility.
Pickleball Canceled Thursday
Pickleball in the gymnasium will be canceled on Thursday, October 22, as we prepare the space for Tricks, Treats & Trunks. Thank you for your understanding as we get everything ready!
Thursday Evening: Parking & Access
If you are a member visiting the facility to use the gym or other amenities during the event, please be aware of the following changes:
The gate between the upper and lower parking lots will close at 4:45 PM to help keep our Trick-or-Treaters safe as they move through the event area.
The lower parking lot will be reserved for member parking only. Signs will be posted to help direct traffic.
The upper parking lot will also be available for members to park.
Please allow a little extra time for parking and follow all posted signs and directions from our team.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to create a safe, enjoyable experience for our members, event participants, and visiting families.
Thank you for being such an important part of the YWCO community. We are excited to bring everyone together for a wonderful evening and hope to see you and your loved ones there!
Let's make it a spooktacular night, YWCO Family! 🎃👻💙
