After-School Counselors and Assistant Counselors (in Oconee County schools only)
After School Counselors and Assistant Counselors are responsible for effectively managing student participant behavior, aiding in daily schedule rotations, and communicating with the Director. ASP Counselors/Assistant Counselors work minimum 2 afternoons each week Monday-Friday (2:00-6:00pm).

YWCO Lifeguards/Swim Instructors

We are seeking vigilant, responsible, and trained Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to maintain a safe swimming environment at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive and able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies while providing excellent customer service.




YWCO Water Exercise Instructors

We are looking for dynamic and motivating Water Exercise Instructors to lead aquatic fitness classes designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching water-based workouts for all fitness levels, with a focus on safety, proper technique, and participant engagement.

 
 


Director of Aquatics

The Director of Aquatics is a dynamic leader who fosters a safe, welcoming, and engaging aquatic environment for the entire community. This role oversees the development and delivery of swim lessons, water safety education, and recreational and competitive aquatic programs designed to serve people of all ages and abilities. The Director recruits, trains, and mentors staff to provide exceptional service while ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of aquatic facilities, the Director builds partnerships with schools, community groups, and local organizations to expand outreach and participation. A successful candidate will be passionate about community engagement, skilled in program development, and committed to creating inclusive opportunities that promote lifelong health, safety, and enjoyment in and around the water.






Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructors

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and client-focused Pilates and Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead engaging and safe classes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement mechanics, with the ability to tailor sessions to diverse client needs and abilities.




Silver Sneakers Instructors

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and engaging SilverSneakers® Instructor to lead fun, safe, and effective group exercise classes for our senior members. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults, understand age-appropriate modifications, and create a supportive and motivating environment. Classes focus on chair-based and low-impact exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.


Soccer League Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and soccer-savvy individual to coordinate our weekly Sunday soccer league. The League Coordinator will manage scheduling, team communications, game-day operations, and ensure that all matches run smoothly and fairly. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building a positive and inclusive sports community.
