Zumba

Zumba is a workout that combines Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exciting workout.  Classes include 5 - 10 minute warm-up/stretch followed by 40 minutes of cardio.  The end of class includes a cool down and stretch.  Ditch the workout....Join the Party!!!
