Facility Rental

YWCO FACILITY RENTAL

The YWCO offers facility rental, including an indoor pool, gymnasium, meeting rooms and athletic fields.  There is a 2 hour minimum rental.

Reservations must be made in advance by calling the YWCO: 705-354-7880. There is a $15.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit goes toward the total rental fee. If the activity is cancelled the deposit is forfeited.

A $35.00 cleaning/damage deposit is required on all reservations.  The cleaning/damage deposit will be held and not deposited unless the facility requires cleaning by the YWCO staff, or if there is damage to the facility.

Pool - The pool is available for rent after regular YWCO operating hours.

Rate:  $45.00 per hour

Lifeguard Fee:  $12.00 per hour, per guard (the number of guards needed is determined by the number and age of the participants). The guards must be employees of the YWCO.

Conference Room - The conference room is available for rent when there is no YWCO programming. 

Rate: $35.00 per hour. 

If the room is used after normal operating hours there is an additional  $10.00 per hour fee.

Gymnasium - The gym can be set up for basketball (1 full size court or 2 small courts), volleyball and indoor soccer.  No food is allowed in the gymnasium.

Rate: $50.00 per hour. 

Athletic Fields – Athletic field rental is available on a limited basis and determined by YWCO programming and weather. There are no lights on the athletic fields.
