ZUMBA is a Latin inspired workout that fuses Latin music and easy to do dance moves to create a fun and exhilarating workout experience. No previous dance experience is required. "Ditch the workout. Join the party!" Zumba workouts include: 5 minute Warm-Up 50 minute Interval Training - combining fast & slow rhythms and resistnace to tone & sculpt while burning fat 5 minute Cool Down including a stretch Winter Session: February 2 - March 6 (5 weeks) Time & Days: Tuesday & Thursday - 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. | ||
